Two air-traffic controllers left work early before the fatal crash at New York City‘s LaGuardia Airport earlier this year, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has found.
The March 22 collision between an Air Canada plane carrying 72 passengers and four crew and a fire truck killed two pilots and seriously injured six others.
