A self-proclaimed misogynist with a history of violence against women has been banned from accessing ‘incel forums’ and loitering near female toilets.
Victor Valentine from St Pauls in Cheltenham was issued a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order on Monday despite not being convicted of any sexual offences.
The 29-year-old self-described misogynist and member of an online incel group received the order at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court after he persistently breached the terms of several Civil Orders.
He is now prohibited from using any computers or mobile devices that can access the internet.
