A New Mexico father was arrested after allegedly leaving his twin toddlers sat in a boiling hot car for hours to dance with a friend at a bar, police said.
Stephan Natseway, 27, was charged with child abuse and abandonment after his 20-month-old children were found lethargic and heavily sweating in a car for over two hours.
Law enforcement found the car parked outside The Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall & Saloon in Albuquerque after security noticed the pair locked in the car with no adult, a criminal complaint obtained by the Santa Fe New Mexican said.
