Michael Jordan‘s brand-new luxury lakefront mansion in North Carolina has been pictured for the first time amid ongoing construction on the impressive property.

The Jordan Family Gift Trust purchased the home for $2.8 million back in 2013, with the previous home featuring six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a private pier – but opted to destroy the original mansion back in March 2025.

Now, exclusive aerial images show the six-time NBA champion’s new custom estate taking shape along the shores of Lake Norman in Cornelius.
