Hudson Cole Perrins tragically passed away on June 27, 2024, four days after his concerned father took him to New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton with severe stomach pain.
Doctors felt hardness in his stomach and concluded Hudson had constipation, giving him two suppositories and an enema before sending him home, despite not having gone to the toilet.
