Donald Trump has shared an edited clip of King Charles appearing to ignore a fainting worker, in an apparent attempt to make him look more caring.
In the reworked footage posted to the US President’s Truth Social account yesterday, an Asda employee can be seen collapsing in front of the monarch.
Charles then appears to put his hand in his pocket and walk away.
However, as shown in the full-length video, Charles, who was on a visit to the supermarket’s distribution centre in Bristol, tried to catch the employee.
He then remained close to the man as he received medical attention, and the pair continued
