The death of a student killed in the Nottingham attacks was potentially preventable if he had received different medical treatment at the scene, a panel of experts found.
Barnaby Webber, 19, was one of three people killed by paranoid schizophrenic Valdo Calocane in Nottingham in 2023.
Fellow university student Grace O’Malley-Kumar, also 19, was also killed alongside Barnaby as they made their way home from a night out.
