Audi has revealed its new A2 e-tron small electric car – and it comes with impressively long range.
The compact hatchback will be the entry point to the German marque’s EV lineup with a £32,200 starting price.
Small EV rivals such as the Kia EV3 and VW ID.3 Neo offer maximum ranges of 370-390 miles, so the Audi A2’s substantial range of 401 miles puts it ahead of the competition and on par with much larger long-range EVs.
This is thanks to it being Audi’s most efficient model ever made, consuming as little as 12.8kWh per 100km (62 miles).
