The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case spent much of the deliberations lecturing his peers about ‘respect’ and focused on the amount of blood found in the bedroom after she killed her three children, a juror has revealed.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Paula Devlin, 65, told how 11 of the 12 jurors who decided Clancy was not guilty of murder or manslaughter in the deaths of her kids felt ‘defeat’ and ‘anger’ when a mistrial was declared after a lone male juror refused to acquit the former nurse.
