The father of Noah Woods has described him as ‘the sweetest and most innocent boy’ after the youngster is believed to have drowned in a pond after running away from a relative.
The three-year-old was last seen alive on Tuesday afternoon when he raced away from a play area for under fives in the village of Brantham, Suffolk.
