San Francisco landlord searches for new tenant to live in sage-colored townhouse after he allegedly murdered his last renter

A home in San Francisco that was the site of an alleged gruesome killing between the landlord and his tenant is now available to be rented again for $6,300 a month. 

Eric Bigone, 58, was allegedly shot and killed outside the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home by his landlord, Phillipe Chagniot, according to prosecutors.

Bigone woke up at 5am on May 17 and rushed outside to find his car up in flames, according to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by his son, Dino Bigone. 

The vehicle was parked outside the home he rented, which is less than a mile from Ocean Beach.
