A desperate search is underway for a missing swimmer feared dead after a suspected shark attack at a beach in Perth‘s north-west, which had its shark net removed six years ago.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Sorrento Beach at 10.15am on Friday following frantic calls for help.
‘A lady came running out of the water saying that someone had been bitten by a shark,’ local man Ryan Rowe told The West Australian.
