Flights were disrupted across Britain again today because of another air traffic control centre ‘technical issue’ – prompting more travel misery for stranded passengers.
Airports in Scotland and northern England including Glasgow and Manchester were worst affected, but disruption was also reported at London City, Luton and Belfast.
Some 35 flights leaving the UK were cancelled or did not fly so far today – while 37 scheduled to arrive in Britain were axed, according to aviation analytics firm Cirium.
