A musician who identified as non-binary raped his date after they met on Bumble, a court has heard.
Sab Cox, a biological male, allegedly attacked the woman, a biological female, as they celebrated New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2022.
The 26-year-old, who at the time went by the name Sabrina but now uses male pronouns, is accused of raping his date after becoming aggressive and asserting that he was the ‘guy’ in the relationship, the Old Bailey heard.
Cox, who is heavily built and has a shaved head, had met the biological woman who is non-binary on the dating app Bumble.
