An alleged former IRA member told Tory leader Kemi Badenoch ‘I would have shot you dead’ in a series of racist emails, a court has heard.
Mrs Badenoch and her husband Hamish were said to have been left ‘distressed’ and ‘very upset’ after Kieran Kyle contacted the pair earlier this year.
