An intruder broke into a Colorado hospital and purposely interrupted its oxygen supply, according to officials.
The terrifying incident took place around 3.30 am on September 3 at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, according to an incident report obtained by The Denver Post.
An unidentified suspect broke into the hospital’s outdoor oxygen storage facility and ‘intentionally disrupted’ it, Dan Weaver, a spokesperson with UCHealth, told the outlet.
The hospital, which houses 831 beds, stores its oxygen on the university’s Anschutz Medical Campus, the report stated.
