Harrowing new details about Hayden Panettiere’s shock death from a drug overdose have been laid bare in a new investigative report.
Panettiere died aged 36 on August 16 at a residence in Greenville, South Carolina, with her on-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother, Zach, both at the scene when Panettiere was pronounced dead.
After it was confirmed that Panettiere died from the ‘toxic effects’ of multiple drugs – including fentanyl – and that her death was accidental, The Greenville County Medical Examiner detailed how pressed pills laced with fentanyl were found on a table near her body.
