The career of a top detective was in ruins today after he admitted upskirting a teenage girl with his mobile phone camera.
Detective Constable Lee Harshey-Jones, 45, who has investigated several high-profile murders, is facing jail after pleading guilty to voyeurism.
He also admitted another charge of intending to pervert the course of justice in connection with the wiping and re-setting of his phone in an attempt to conceal evidence.
A judge sitting at Chester Magistrates Court on Wednesday heard that Harshey-Jones was arrested over the incident in Colwyn Bay, Conwy, on June 11 and was later suspended by his employers North Wales Police.
