Alison Hammond has revealed she’s returned home from hospital after suffering a health scare live on This Morning, that saw her rushed off the set while clutching her chest.
The presenter, 51, had been suffering palpitations an hour into the ITV show on Friday, and viewers saw her being ushered off the set by co-host Dermot O’Leary.
In a video on Instagram, Alison shared that after having her heart checked out, she has been given the all clear, and has learned the scare was a ‘massive panic attack’.
The Great British Bake Off star said that she needs to ‘learn more’ about panic attacks,
