‘One in every 30 residents in north London borough suffers gambling addiction’

The council found that, according to the PGSI, around 3.5% of Haringey residents are suffering some of the most severe issues related to gambling. The figure means nearly 7,500 people across the borough could be defined as “gamblers who gamble with negative consequences and a possible loss of control”.
