Two Brits, 19 and 22, are arrested in Barbados ‘over plot to export more than $1million of cocaine’

Two Britons have been arrested in Barbados over a plot to smuggle more than $1million of cocaine.   

Abdul-Rasheed Anjolaoluwa Oduola and Miraldie Ndunzi, both from east London, were arrested by the Barbados Police Service Narcotics Unit on September 29.

The 19 and 22-year-old were both charged with possession, trafficking, intent to supply and attempting to export cocaine after police reportedly found them with the Class-A drug.

According to the Barbados Police Service, the amount of suspected cocaine the teenager from Dagenham was seized with is estimated to be worth $1.17million Bajan dollars. 

The UK street value of this amount of the cocaine is worth approximately £440,000.
