An animal rescue charity will be popping the champagne after finding homes for eight kittens that were dumped in bin bags.
The black-and-white litter, who have since been given humorous beverage-themed names like Guinness, Peroni and Moretti, had been disposed of on a Grimsby street at just eight weeks old.
The kittens were thankfully found by a member of the public in a plastic rubbish bag and then taken to a nearby animal shelter, Blue Cross.
Once they had undergone routine health checks, the moggies were then christened with names to suit their bubbly personalities.
