Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs was rushed out of federal prison on Saturday morning after suffering a head injury in a fall, per a new report.
Sources at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey said the rapper, 56, was taken via ambulance out of the prison, and was ‘conscious and speaking’ when he was taken back to the prison before sunrise Saturday.
Diddy’s spokesman Juda Engelmayer told The Daily Mail: ‘We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances.
‘Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.
