A former Great British Bake Off contestant has appeared in court charged with making indecent images of a child.
John Mincher, who featured on the popular Channel 4 show’s 2024 series, is accused of having two Category A images on one of his devices.
The 39-year-old was arrested in August and subsequently charged before appearing at Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court on Friday afternoon.
He arrived wearing black trousers, a shirt and blue tie, then entered a not guilty plea to a single charge of making two indecent images of a child.
Mincher was released on conditional bail and will face a trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court
