Halle Berry‘s ex-husband Olivier Martinez denied storming out of a courtroom hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday, as his attorney said he was taking a bathroom break.
Martinez’s attorney Patrick Baghdaserians told TMZ on Wednesday that his client had asked for a break, and the judge granted them three minutes before reconvening.
Earlier this month, Martinez, 60, obtained a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Berry, 60, after accusing her of ‘physically abusing’ their 13-year-old Maceo ‘by jumping on him and choking him’ in a September 26 incident. Berry has denied all of the allegations.
