Cat Deeley fans will no doubt be surprised to know she is celebrating her milestone 50th birthday on Friday.
While she’s been in the spotlight for three decades, the former SMTV Live host looks far younger than her years.
Yet while many people see ageing as something to fear as they get older, Cat deems getting older a ‘privilege’.
‘The fact that you’re here and enjoying life – gaining experiences while being happy and healthy. Wow. That, to me, is amazing,’ the mother-of-two told Grazia.
She added: ‘We all get older, if we’re lucky – I’m backing my health with science.’
