Halle Berry‘s ex Olivier Martinez has scored a major victory in the courtroom amid their bitter custody battle.
TMZ reports Martinez was awarded primary physical custody of their 13-year-old son Maceo – and that the judge has also ruled Berry, 60, can no longer have overnight visits with her child.
