Low-cost airline Jet2 reveals new ‘business class only’ plane – with just 76 seats and upgraded dining

Jet2 has launched its first-ever VIP aircraft, featuring 76 business class seats, extra legroom and a luxurious onboard experience.

Normally configured with 189 seats, the specially designed plane offers a minimum of 43in of legroom throughout.

It also provides enhanced levels of comfort, more personal space and a level of exclusivity.

The Boeing 737-800NG has flown its first customers and is available for further charter bookings throughout the winter season.

It marks the first time that Jet2 has configured an aircraft in a business class specification.

Based at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, the aircraft has been introduced in response to growing demand.
