A judge ruled on Thursday that Maceo, 13, will not be allowed to live with the Monster’s Ball star for the time being following a two-week court battle, but Olivier has expressed hope that relations will be smoother in the future.
Earlier this month, a legal war erupted between the exes after Martinez, 60, accused Berry, also 60, of physically abusing their son Maceo. Berry has denied all of the allegations.
