A Colorado father was arrested after allegedly leaving his two-year-old daughter home alone in just a diaper with drug paraphernalia within her reach.
The child was spotted calling for help from a second-story balcony at a home in Boulder around 10.30pm on July 28.
When officers arrived, they were unable to enter the apartment via the front door as the girl was ‘too young to open it,’ according to Boulder Police.
Instead, they were forced to climb on to the hood of their patrol car before scaling the fence to reach the little girl.
