Yvette Cooper has launched a vicious attack on Sir Keir Starmer‘s premiership as she admitted Labour ‘hasn’t done government very well’ in the past two years.
The Health Secretary despaired at Sir Keir’s premiership as she gave a damning assessment of her party’s performance since its general election landslide in 2024.
Ms Cooper was home secretary and foreign secretary under Sir Keir but was last month moved to the Department of Health and Social Care by new Prime Minister Andy Burnham.
