But if you’re a middle–aged woman, it’s time to dust off your dancing shoes – as a study has revealed that clubbing is good for you.
Researchers from the University of Leeds surveyed more than 130 older women about their experiences at electronic dance music (EDM) events.
The results revealed that 91 per cent said clubbing contributes positively to their wellbeing.
The findings will come as no surprise to many middle–aged women, who often take to social media to share their love of clubbing.
