Tom Kerridge has found himself at the centre of another controversy over the price of meals at his restaurant after it was revealed that the celebrity chef is charging £60 for fish and chips.

The 53-year-old’s version of the nation’s favourite dish is being served as a main course at the Hand and Flowers in upmarket Marlow, Buckinghamshire, and includes Caviar Tartare Sauce and Minted Pea Purée.

However, the pricey portion comes with just 17 chips sparking a fierce backlash online where Mr Kerridge was accused of ‘losing the plot’.
