This is the moment a young woman who claimed she was asleep when her friend was killed in a high-speed Lamborghini crash is caught swapping seats with him.
Humaira Batool told jurors that Mohammed Shaan Hussain, 20, has pressed controls moments before the £220,000 car began to ‘surge’ off the road.
The 26-year-old also claimed she was sleeping in the passenger seat and was awoken when the supercar began to roll on December 21, 2022.
However, CCTV showed Batool had gotten out of the car and swapped seats with Mr Hussain to get behind the wheel just moments before the devastating crash.
