Meghan shares cryptic post about her chickens after reports Sussexes will leave beloved birds behind in Montecito after move to Britain

Meghan Markle has shared a cryptic Instagram post about her chickens amid reports she will leave the birds behind in California when her family moves to the UK.

The flock, which includes a rescue named Silkie, will be looked after by staff at their Montecito estate until they return, it is understood.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do, however, plan to bring their dogs Mia and Pula with them to Britain.

This afternoon, the Duchess of Sussex shared a message on her Instagram story, which read: ‘People who take care of chickens are literally chicken tenders.’
